This is a magnificient Buddhist monument in Bhutan built specifically to ward off evil spirits and to bring peace and harmony to all living things.Enjoy the beautiful hike and take in the panoramic view of the valley. You have the option of White Water Rafting as well.

Besides being the home to the only international airport in the country, history is abundant in this valley and the numerous historical locations are the proof to this very nature. The very famous tiger's nest is nestled on the cliff that overlooks Paro valley.
Visit the National Museum (Ta Dzong).
Paro Ta Dzong was once the watchtower built to defend Paro Rinpung Dzong.

Visit Paro Rinpung Dzong; Also known as the "Fortress of Heap of Jewels", it was built in 1644. The annual festival of Pro is held inside the Dzong.

Have the option of driving up to Drugyel Dzong for taking pictures.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, which is one of the oldest and the sacred temples in the country dating back to the 7th century.

Today is the last but one of the most important part of the trip - hike to the famous tigers nest. Often said, trip to Bhutan is not complete without this hike.
