Hike Knuckles

The knuckes mountain range is a UNESCO World Hertiage Site; a mountin range with nine peaks located in the central province over 1800m above sea level and spreads out over an area of 155 square kilometers. Scenic and natural its much loved by hikers, campers and nature lovers alike with abundant flora and some species of animals as well. One of the main aspects, of this region is its unique landscape and the scenic beauty. Over 1,000 species of flower and plants and approximately 200 species of trees can be found, along with species such as sambur, barking deer, wild boar, giant squirrel and the slender loris.
